How to Document an Incident
After a clip is saved, use Incident Assist to record a voice note, add the other party's details, note witnesses, and attach damage photos. Every field is optional and auto-saves.
Step-by-step
Open the Evidence tab
Tap the Evidence tab at the bottom of the screen. Your saved incidents appear in the Incidents section.
Tap the incident you want to document
Tap any row in the Incidents section. Each row shows the date, time, and locked footage for that incident.
Tap "Incident Assist"
Tap the Incident Assist button to open the guided documentation workflow — voice note, other-party details, witness contacts, and damage photos.
Fill in what you know
Every field is optional and auto-saves as you type. You can close and return at any time — your progress is preserved.
Close when done
Swipe down or tap the X to close. Your notes are saved immediately and stay attached to the incident for future Claim Kit export.

Do I need an internet connection?
No — Incident Assist works fully offline. Everything is stored locally on your device.
