Quick answers to the most common questions across all MRVL apps.

Subscriptions are managed directly through the App Store or Google Play — not through MRVL.

iPhone / iPad: Open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → find the app → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → find the app → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Try these steps in order:

1. Tap Restore Purchases in the app (usually in Settings → Subscription or Account).
2. Sign out of your MRVL account and sign back in.
3. Force-quit the app and reopen it.

If none of those work, email us at support@mrvltechnologies.com with your Apple ID or Google account email and we'll sort it manually.
Every MRVL app with an account system includes an in-app account deletion option — typically under Settings → Account → Delete Account. Two-step confirmation is required to prevent accidental deletion.

If you can't find the option, email support@mrvltechnologies.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

If it doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email us and we'll manually send a reset link from our end.
Try these steps first:

1. Force-quit the app and reopen it.
2. Check for an update in the App Store or Google Play — most bugs are fixed within 48 hours of being reported.
3. Restart your device.

If the crash keeps happening, email us at support@mrvltechnologies.com with your device model, iOS/Android version, and what you were doing when it crashed. Screenshots help too.
Most MRVL apps are available on iOS. Many are also on Android, with the rest actively in development. Where an app supports both platforms and you have an account, your data syncs automatically across devices.

Check apps.mrvltechnologies.com for current platform availability for each app.
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by MRVL directly — all payments go through the platform stores.

iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, find your purchase, and select "Request a refund."

Android: Open the Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → find the purchase → request a refund.

If you run into trouble, email us and we'll advocate on your behalf where we can.
Each app only collects what's needed for its core functionality. Most apps work without an account at all — account creation is only required if you want cloud sync or cross-device features.
