These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of apps, websites, and services ("Services") operated by Marvel Technologies ("MRVL Technologies", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any MRVL Technologies app or website, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our apps or Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or their related systems
• Use our Services to harm, threaten, or harass others

3. User Accounts

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some features of our apps are available via paid subscription or one-time purchase. The following terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to the plan you select
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of MRVL Technologies or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicence, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of our Services.

6. User-Generated Content

Some of our Services allow you to create, upload, or store content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant MRVL Technologies a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of sharing it. You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MRVL Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

10. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes affecting paid features.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.

You may stop using our Services at any time. To delete your account, use the in-app account deletion feature where available, or contact us at support@mrvltechnologies.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice within our apps. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
