Tracks every visitor's journey from first visit through baptism and into mature membership across a 6-stage establishment ladder. Runs giving end-to-end with a public donor page (no login), native iOS giving app, Gift Aid reclaim with HMRC Charities Online integration, and a 4-stage Request to Purchase approval chain. Manages service unit rosters, check-ins, and pastoral follow-up routing.
