What size to print
- Table signs: A6 (postcard) or A5 — one per table, next to the table number where every guest naturally looks
- Welcome/entrance sign: A4 or A3 on an easel — catches guests while they wait

What about guests without smartphones?
Seat them near a scanner-happy table: anyone can hand their camera photos to another guest to upload, since uploads need no account.
When should signs go out?

Printed or on-screen QR?
