The shared client notes mean if a trainer is sick, another trainer has context on what the client needs, so you don't have to reschedule.

Teams skip straight to Business because they need the staff management layer. The Free tier is single-user only; once you add a second team member, you move to Business. Bookr doesn't charge per staff member, just per tier, so adding a fifth person costs the same as adding a second.
