From no website to a live professional presence
MRVL took PSiQuanic Risk, a board and executive cyber, AI and risk advisory, from no digital presence at all through discovery, positioning, design and build to a live production launch.
Context
PSiQuanic Risk is a founder-led advisory helping boards, founders and organisations turn cybersecurity, AI, technology and regulatory risk into clear decisions — cyber, AI adoption and regulation such as the EU AI Act, NIS2 and DORA. When MRVL began the engagement, PSiQuanic had no website at all.
Challenge
A board-level advisory needs a site that reads as credible to the audience it's speaking to on day one — there's no history of traffic or reputation to lean on while it catches up. The brief was to translate PSiQuanic's positioning into a site a board member or founder would take seriously, without overstating a track record that a brand-new firm doesn't yet have in public.
Work
- Discovery. Structured discovery to establish what already existed (nothing — no domain build, no prior site, no existing brand assets) and what the business needed to say. MRVL ran this through Cobbl, MRVL's own client-engagement toolkit, so the brief and the engagement stayed connected to a real, auditable record rather than a one-off document.
- Positioning & content. Turning the advisory's own framing — cyber, AI and regulatory risk as decisions a board can act on, not abstract threat language — into page structure and copy.
- Design. A calm, editorial visual identity built around PSiQuanic's own brand colours and logo, deliberately free of stock "cybersecurity" imagery and generic consultancy visuals.
- Build. A production Next.js site: services, about, insights and contact, with every public claim checked against what could actually be evidenced before it shipped.
- Infrastructure & launch. Domain, hosting and DNS set up and the site taken live on PSiQuanic's own domain.
Approach
Every claim on the site was checked before publication: no invented years of experience, no quantified outcome that couldn't be evidenced, no case-study material that wasn't PSiQuanic's own. Where something was genuinely uncertain — which certifications to show, the final contact details, the primary domain — the build shipped with a safe default (usually: not shown) rather than a guess, and indexing stayed off until the client had reviewed and confirmed the site.
